Refund Policy and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Affiliate Net Success and we are always happy to see our products helping you to accomplish your goals. However, if you think you need to get a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy. We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:

  • Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
  • Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to our technical support as soon as possible.

Such issues must be reported to our technical support within 15 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. However, as a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. There is no obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:

  • You change your mind about an item.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item.

Eligibility for Refunds

Please allow us at least 10 working days from the date of the receipt of your request for a claim to process your claim for a refund. Late or missing refunds

Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Return Policy

At Affiliate Net Success, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns Process:
  • Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a RAN.
  • Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
  • If your exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions:
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
